Refunds

We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make.

Goods can be returned for a full refund if they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched.

Items must be unused and still have their original packaging.

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, we advice you that you send the parcel using an insured delivery service. Please also note that we cannot accept liability for any items damaged during transit so we advice you to ensure the goods are packaged adequately.

Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if items are lost whilst being returned.

Refunds will be given minus shipping fees, if the items are returned to us.
